Definitions & Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Betkhala platform and all its services. "Betkhala", "we", and "our" refer to the entity operating the betkhala.vu website and its mobile application. "User" and "you" refer to any registered member of the platform.

By registering or using the Betkhala platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

Account Registration & Eligibility

To create an account on Betkhala, the following requirements must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years of age or older must be.
• You must register using your real name and accurate personal information.
• Each user may hold only One Account may keep.
• Creating a new account is prohibited if you have previously been banned from Betkhala.
• The email address, phone number, and personal details provided at registration must be accurate and kept up to date.

As part of identity verification, Betkhala may request a copy of your national ID, passport, or other government-issued document at any time. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until the verification process is complete.

Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

Betkhala supports mobile banking, bank transfers, and other approved payment methods. General payment terms and conditions:

• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits or withdrawals from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Withdrawals are generally returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

Bonus & Promotion Policy

Betkhala offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. The following terms apply to all bonus usage:

• Each bonus offer carries its own wagering requirements, which are clearly stated in the offer details.
• To withdraw bonus winnings, the required wagering amount must be met.
• The welcome bonus is available to each user once only.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 to 30 days. Any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period.
• Any attempt to collect bonuses through multiple accounts or fraudulent means will result in cancellation of all bonuses and closure of the account.
• Betkhala reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Gaming Rules

All games on Betkhala are powered by an internationally certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Game outcomes are entirely random and never predetermined.

• The use of any software or technique intended to influence game outcomes is strictly prohibited.
• If a technical error produces an abnormal outcome, Betkhala reserves the right to void that round.
• If your internet connection drops during a game session, any bets in progress will continue to be processed.
• The dealer's decision in Live Casino games is final.
• In Sports Betting, bets confirmed before an odds change remain valid.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Betkhala and may result in account closure:

Account Suspension & Closure

Betkhala reserves the right to suspend or close any account for the following reasons:

• If registration is completed with false or incomplete information.

• Extended periods of inactivity (more than 12 months).

Users may also close their account at any time. Please ensure all valid balances are withdrawn before closing your account. Account closure requests must be submitted through the support team.
